财务量化管理对改善非上市房地产企业经营管理的作用

摘要 非上市房地产企业存在资产负债率高、成本控制不力以及决策方法不科学等问题,利用财务量化管理的方法,可以帮助企业优化资本结构、做好成本控制和利润规划,有利于非上市房地产企业改善其经营管理水平。
