基于知识创新的人力资源管理模式

摘要 知识创新与人力资源管理有着密切的关系,也是企业发展应该重视的方面。笔者先介绍知识创新的基本涵义,指出企业人力资源管理要求知识创新的作用意义,最后加强人力资源管理,从而带动员工知识创新,促进企业发展。
