电力企业员工教育培训工作的价值

摘要 随着知识经济的到来,人力资源成为企业赢得竞争优势的关键所在,企业培训发挥着重要作用,成为了企业发展的战略性要求。虽然企业的教育培训工作在如今受到了前所未有的重视,但是有关培训的错误观念仍然屡见不鲜。
