控股股东侵占上市公司的方式及其防范研究

摘要在我国,上市公司控股股东凭借其控制权侵害中小股东利益的现象数见不鲜。为了保护中小股东利益,促进我国金融市场健康发展,需采取相应防范措施:完善惩戒机制,提高违法成本;完善公司治理结构;强化上市公司信息披露制度;规范关联交易。
