企业创新管理方式与创新绩效

摘要 随着我国改革开放的不断深入,我国企业的数量不断增加,企业在运行的过程当中逐渐认识到创新的重要性,各大企业不断创新管理方式以获取更多的利润。但是,从现阶段的企业创新管理来看,企业对创新的认识还是停留在表面,对企业的创新管理方式与企业的创新绩效的认识并不是很明确,基于此,对相关内容进行了分析。
