摘要 近年来,随着我国经济的持续稳定发展和社会经济水平的提高,人们对交通设施、水利设施、能源使用、环境保护等公共服务的水平要求也越来越高。因此,国家加大了社会基础设施的资金投入。PPP作为新型管理模式,可以在满足社会资源合理利用的前提下,优化我国现有的融资平台方式,降低财政投资风险。本文简单分析PPP项目财务管理,并提出相关的意见和建议,希望可以为企业实现利益最大化提供帮助。
