植物A/N-Invs基因家族研究进展

摘要 碱性/中性转化酶(A/N-Invs)是从蓝细菌中演化而来的一类蛋白,它是一类仅存在于光合生物中的特殊酶。A/N-Invs通过催化蔗糖水解形成的产物来调控植物的正常生长发育及对胁迫的应激反应,研究发现A/N-Invs定位在不同的细胞器中,推测其可能参与细胞器碳源的调控。本文将结合近些年对植物中A/N-Invs基因家族的研究进行系统的综述,为阐明其在不同植物中的功能提供参考。 Alkaline/neutral invertase(A/N-Invs)is a kind of protein evolved from cyanobacteria.It is a kind of special enzyme that exists only in photosynthetic organisms.A/N-Invs can catalyze the sucrose hydrolysis and utilize its products to regulate the normal growth and stress response of plants,and A/N-Invs are located in different organelles,suggesting that they may participate in organelles regulation.In this paper,we systematically reviewed the recent studies on the A/N-Invs gene family in plants and provided a reference for elucidating their functions in different plants.
