摘要
本论文选用不同色系的15个应用广泛的郁金香品种为材料,研究了在不同浓度NaCl (0、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%和0.5%)处理下郁金香出苗时间、出苗率和相对盐害率等生理指标;为进一步验证所筛选郁金香品种耐盐性,在盐碱地进行了出苗率和开花状况分析。对其开花率与其他生理指标进行相关性分析得出,郁金香的相对盐害率与开花率有较好相关性。以0.4%NaCl相对盐害率小于40%为标准筛选出9个郁金香品种为耐盐品种,以盐碱地实际开花综合指标为标准筛选出8个郁金香品种为耐盐品种。综合考虑实验室和盐碱地筛选得到‘南极洲’、‘白色奇迹’、‘肉色印迹’、‘阿波罗精华’、‘金阿波罗’和‘幸福一代’ 6个耐盐郁金香品种,可以在含盐量0.4%以下的盐碱地种植。这些结果为在盐渍化土壤上发展郁金香产业,丰富滨海城市绿化植物种类具有重要意义。
In this paper,15 tulip cultivars of different color lines were used as materials to study the physiological indexes of emergence time,seedling emergence rate and relative salt damage rate of tulip under different concentrations of NaCl treatment(0,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%).In order to further verify the salt tolerance of the selected tulip cultivars the emergence rate and flowering status of tulip cultivars were analyzed in saline–alkali soil.The correlation analysis between flowering rate and other physiological indexes showed that the relative salt damage rate of tulip had good correlation with flowering rate.Nine tulip cultivars were selected as salt-tolerant cultivars based on 0.4%NaCl relative salt damage rate less than 40%,and 8 tulip cultivars were selected as salt-tolerant cultivars according to actual flowering rate in saline–alkali soil.The six salt-tolerant tulips:’Antarctica’,’White Marvel’,’Salmon Impression’,’Apeldoorn’s Elite’,’Golden Apeldoorn’and’Happy Generation’were selected from laboratory and saline–alkali fields,which can be planted in saline–alkali soil with less than 0.4%salt content.These results are of great significance for the development of tulip industry in salinized soil and the enrichment of greening plant species in coastal cities.
