摘要
鄂西土家族苗族自治州首府—恩施市,是一个土家族人口集居的山城。为了解沙门氏菌的分布情况,我们自1979年6月至1984年10月,从猪群、废水和人群中共获得323株沙门氏菌,现将分离鉴定和菌型分布情况报告如下:
The distribution of various types of Salmonella in Tujia Nationality inhabited area of western part of Hu- bei Province is reported.Three hundred and twenty three strains of Salmonella were isolated from Pigs,se wage and human beings.They belonged to 7 groups and 13 serotypes and among these group B was dominant (80.c5%).The prevalent species was Salmonella derby(41.5%).The infection rate of Salmonella in the patien- ts with diarrhea was 3.12% which was different from those in other areas of the province.The difference may have something to do with the unique geographical environment and the hygienic habits of the inhabitants in this area.
