摘要
近年来,囝内外关于伤寒沙门氏菌抗药性的报道越来越多。但关于从抗药性伤寒及副伤寒沙门氏菌检测 R 质粒,国内尚少报道。作者检测了各菌株对五种抗生素的抗药性并进行了接合性 R 质粒的检测,现将实验结果报告如下。
The results of drug sensitivity test and R plasmid determination of 109 strains of Salmonella typhi and S. paratyphi are reported.Four strains (3.7%) were found to be chloramphenicol resistant,three of which car tied Rplasmid.All these R-plasmid-carrying strains were double or triple drug resistant.None of 9 streptom- ycin resistant(mono-drug-resistant) strains carried transmissible R plasmid These results suggest that chloramph- enicol resistant strains of Salmonella are present in our country;and hence,physicians and epidemiologists should pay close attention to them.
