摘要
从 EHF 疫区捕获黑线姬鼠的2只孕鼠及其4只胎鼠和2窝乳鼠体内,用 IF 法检出了 EHF 抗原及抗体,并从胎鼠的脑、肺、肝组织中分离出 EHFV,从而首次证实了垂直传播在疫区宿主动物间是存在的。且此种传播主要是通过胎盘感染所致,可能是疫源地延续的重要原因之一。
It has been observed in experiment that Hantavirus could be transmitted vertically in Balb/c mice.Study on vertical transmission of Hantavirus was carried out in Apodemus agrarius caught from epidemic area.The results were as follows:(1)Hantavirus antigen and antibody were detected in 2 pregnant mice and their 4 fetal mice and 2 litters of suckling mice.(2) The virus was isolated from Apodemus agrarius caught from endemic area, (3) It was also isolated from the brain, lung and liver of fetal mice, The results indicated that vertical transmission of Hantavirus through placenta waspresent in field Apodemus agrarius mice and that the vertical transmission in rodents may be an important factor for the existence and spread of the virus in the EHF endemic area.
