循证护理模式在脊柱骨折患者中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the application of evidence-based nursing mode in patients with spinal fracture

目的:研究脊柱骨折患者应用循证护理模式的效果。方法:选取2015年9月至2018年1月在本院接受治疗的脊柱骨折患者120例,随机将其划分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各60例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行循证护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果:对照组患者总并发症发生率为76.7%,明显高于观察组患者的28.3%(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理模式在脊柱骨折患者中应用效果显著,明显降低并发症,效果良好。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of applying evidence-based nursing mode in patients with spinal fractures.Methods: A total of 120 patients with spinal fractures who were treated in our hospital from September 2015 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group underwent evidence-based nursing mode to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results: The total complication rate was 76.7% in the control group, which was significantly higher than that in the observation group(28.3%, P < 0.05). Conclusion: The evidence-based nursing model has a significant effect in patients with spinal fractures, which significantly reduces complications and has good results. It is worth promoting.
