摘要 本文报道2014年7月~2015年4月26例高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤的麻醉经验,采用舒芬太尼诱导,瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉,麻醉效果满意。 [Summary] This paper reported anesthetic experience of high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of 26 cases of uterine myoma between July 2014 and April 2015.All the patients were induced with sufentanil, and then total intravenous anesthesia was carried out with remifentanil combined with propofol.The anesthesia got satisfactory effects.
