从九华香茶菜的干叶中得到6种成分。除β-谷甾醇和齐墩果酸外,四种为二萜类化合物,其中三种为已知二萜成分excisanin A、excisanin B和macrocalyxin A;另一种为新的二萜化合物,命名为九华香茶菜甲素。体外抗癌实验证明,九华香茶菜甲素对Hela细胞和肺癌细胞(A549)均有抑制作用。通过理化常数的测定、光谱分析和衍生物的制备,测定了其结构为(1)式。
Four diterpenoids have been isolated from the dried leaves of Rabdosia macrocalyx var. juihua Z. W. Xue et X. W. Wang. Three of them were shown to be known diterpenoids, excisanin A, excisanin B and macroealyxin A, while the one, a new kauranetype diterpene, was named jiuhuanin A. On the basis of physico-chemical constants, spect- roscopic analysis of the new compound and properties of its derivatives, the structure of the compound was identified as (1). Jiuhuanin A was shown to have cytotoxicity in vitro against cultures of Hela cell and A549 cells.
