废弃泡沫玻璃掺量对砌块性能的影响

摘要 本文研究利用不同掺量废弃泡沫玻璃对砌块的块体密度、抗压强度和热工性能等性能的影响。结果表明,废弃泡沫玻璃加入砌块中会对砌块的抗压强度产生显著影响,但均能达到设计要求。废弃泡沫玻璃加入混凝土空心砌块中会对其热工性能产生有利影响,其中粗颗粒对传热的影响优于细颗粒。 In this paper, the effects of different amount of waste foam glass on the bulk density, compressive strength and thermal performance of the block are studied. The results show that the addition of waste foam glass to the block will have a significant effect on the compressive strength of the block, but all of them can meet the design requirements.Adding waste foam glass to concrete hollow block will have a beneficial effect on its thermal performance, and coarse particles have better effect on heat transfer than fine particles.
