摘要
本文研究了两级厌氧生物处理对某公司棉浆粕黑液COD_(Cr)的去除效率,以期为某公司现有废水处理系统改造提供技术思路。通过近两个月的厌氧中试试验,笔者发现,厌氧保持足够长的停留时间并建立pH缓冲体系,在不加酸调节pH和进行其他预处理的情况下,采用二级厌氧生物处理棉浆粕黑液是可行的,其COD_(Cr)去除效率约为60%。
In this paper, the removal efficiency of CODCr in cotton pulp black liquor of a company by two-stage anaerobic biological treatment is studied, in order to provide technical ideas for the transformation of a company’s existing wastewater treatment system. Through nearly two months of anaerobic pilot tests, the authors found that anaerobics maintained a sufficiently long residence time and established a pH buffer system, the use of secondary anaerobic biological treatment of cotton pulp black liquor is feasible without acid adjustment of pH and other pretreatments, with a CODCr removal efficiency of about 60%.
