电子废弃物资源循环利用现状及对策探究

Research on Current Situation and Countermeasure of Recycling Utilization of Electronic Waste Resources

电子产品已经深入到生活的方方面面,其在给人们带来诸多便利的同时,报废后形成的电子废弃物,由于得不到科学、有效的处理,给生态环境造成了严重的破坏。此外,电子废弃物中包含较多的重金属,还会通过生物链富集作用最终危害人体健康。电子废弃物虽然危害较大,但是本身包含较多金、银等贵金属,如果能够通过技术手段进行高效的回收利用,既可以解决环境污染问题,又获取了一定经济价值。本文首先对电子废弃物的循环利用价值和现阶段循环利用中存在的一些问题进行概述,随后分别从建立专业分拣中心、完善相关法律法规等方面,就如何做好电子废弃物循环利用展开简要分析。

Electronic products have penetrated into all aspects of our lives. While these electronic products bring us many conveniences, the electronic waste formed after scrapping has not been treated scientifically and effectively, which has caused serious damage to the ecological environment. In addition, because electronic waste contains more heavy metals, it will eventually endanger human health through biological chain enrichment. Although electronic waste is harmful, it also contains more precious metals such as gold and silver. If it can be recycled efficiently through technical means, it can not only solve the problem of environmental pollution, but also obtain a certain economic value. Firstly, this paper summarizes the value of recycling of electronic waste and some problems existing in current recycling. Then, it makes a brief analysis on how to do well in recycling of electronic waste from the aspects of establishing professional sorting centers and perfecting relevant laws and regulations.
