垃圾焚烧排放二噁英治理技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 垃圾焚烧技术在垃圾的减量化、无害化和资源化处理过程中发挥了重要的作用,逐渐成为国内的主流技术。而垃圾焚烧过程中产生的二噁英成为人们关注的焦点,在二噁英的相关减排技术中,成熟的和最有前景的技术分别是布袋+活性炭吸附和SCR。本研究对活性炭吸附技术和SCR技术的投资运行费用进行对比,结果表明,活性炭吸附投资运行成低,但较难进行监管;SCR投资运行成本较高,特别是低温催化剂的开发急需解决。 The municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI) technology has played an important role in the process of waste reduction, harmlessness and resource treatment, and has gradually become the mainstream technology in China. The dioxin produced in the process of MSWI has become the focus of attention. The mature and most promising technologies in dioxin emission reduction technology are bag + activated carbon adsorption and SCR. Comparing the investment operation cost of activated carbon adsorption technology and SCR technology, the activated carbon adsorption investment operation is low,but it is difficult to carry out supervision, and the SCR investment operation cost is high, especially the development of low temperature catalyst needs to be solved.
