摘要 当前,采用常规的火法和湿法工艺处理铜冶炼烟灰浸出渣,存在环保、金属直收率低、能耗高等问题。我国某企业在国际冶炼界首创侧吹炉一炉两段法处理炼铜烟灰浸出渣新工艺,能达到经济、环保、流程短的良好效果,有必要对此进行深入研究。 At present, the conventional fire method and wet process are used to treat copper smelting soot leaching slag,which has the problems of environmental protection, low direct metal yield and high energy consumption. A new enterprise in China has been the first in the international smelting industry to treat the copper smog leaching slag new process, which can achieve good economic, environmental protection and short process. It is necessary to conduct in-depth research.
