家庭管理对高血压病患者的影响研究

The research of the influence on hypertension patients treated with family management

目的分析家庭管理对高血压病患者治疗率、达标率及并发症发生率的影响。方法选取2014年5月至2017年5月在解放军251医院心内一科住院的高血压病患者120例,随机分为两组,管理组和对照组,每组各60例,对管理组进行12个月的家庭管理,对照组患者只进行一般随访。研究结束后,对两组患者相关资料汇总,比较分析两组患者坚持治疗率、达标率及并发症发生率。结果管理组患者坚持服药率(100%比75.0%,P <0.001)、治疗达标率(91.7%比63.3%,P <0.001)显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。对照组中共死亡2例,其中1例死于急性心肌梗死,1例死于脑出血,管理组中无死亡病例。管理组较对照组中并发症发生率低(6.7%比20.0%,P <0.001),差异有统计学意义。结论家庭管理是对高血压病患者院外治疗的有效模式,可以显著提高患者院外坚持治疗率、达标率,降低高血压病并发症的发生率。

Objective Analysis of the influence on hypertension patients treated with family management in the rate of treatment,the target rate and the incidence of complications.Methods Select 120 cases of hypertension patients in hospital of 251 th Hospital,PLA heart subject from May 2014 to May 2017,and randomly divided into two groups,the management group and the control group,each group of 60 cases each.Patients in management group treated with family management for 12 months,control group patients only general follow-up.After the study,relevant data summary on two groups of patients,comparative analysis of two groups of patients adhere to the rate of treatment,the target rate and the incidence of complications.Results Management group and control group in clinical features had no difference before research.After 1 year family management,management group and control group adhere to the the rate of treatment,the target rate and the incidence of complications had significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion Family management is an effective mode of courtyard outside treatment in hypertension patients.It can significantly improve patients outside the hospital the rate of treatment,the target rate,reduce the incidence of complications of hypertension.
