沙苑子胶囊在更年期综合征中的疗效评价

Clinical Evaluation of Sha Yuan Zi Capsule in the Treatment of Menopausal Syndrome

目的观察沙苑子胶囊在更年期综合征中的临床疗效评价。方法选取符合纳入标准的更年期综合征患者200例,随机分为治疗组、对照组各100例。治疗组给予口服沙苑子胶囊,对照组服用谷维素,两组的治疗周期均为3个月。分别于治疗前后检查女性激素六项,进行Kuppermann指数症状评分。结果治疗组3个月时在心悸、失眠、潮热出汗、疲劳、情绪障碍等Kuppermann指数症状评分显著改善,与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组组间比较,女性激素六项中雌二醇(E2)、和孕酮(P)有统计学差异(P <0.05),其他无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论沙苑子胶囊能显著改善部分自主神经症状,对更年期女性激素水平有一定改善作用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy evaluation of Sha Yuan Zi capsule in the Treatment of Menopausal Syndrome.Methods 200 patients with menopausal syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 100 cases each.The treatment group was given oral Sha Yuan Zi capsule,and the control group was taken oryzanol.The treatment period for both groups was 3 months.Six female hormones were examined before and after treatment,and Kuppermann index scores were evaluated.ResultsThe Kuppemmn index scores of the palpitations,insomnia,hot flashes,fatigue,and mood disorders were significantly improved in the treatment group after 3 months.Compared with the control group,significant statistical differences(P <0.05)were found.Among the female sex hormones,there were significant statistical differences in estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P),while no statistical difference(P >0.05)were found in other statistics.Conclusion Sha Yuan Zi Capsule can significantly improve some of the symptoms of autonomic nerves,and it has a certain improvement effect on the hormone level of menopausal women.
