组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘要 急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)是威胁中老年人身体健康的常见病、多发病。通过早期溶栓、经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty,PTCA)及冠状动脉旁路移植术(coronary artery bypass grafting,CABG)。
