摘要
目的研究过度通气综合征患者的发病人次、临床症状及临床症状发生率和气温之间的相关性。方法记录河北医科大学第一医院就诊的过度通气综合征患者935例,记录其临床资料和就诊时气温,分析就诊人次和气温的趋势;分析患者各种临床症状的出现的人次及发生率,通过双变量相关性分析判别就诊人次、相关临床症状出现的人次、相关症状的发生率等和气温的相关性;并通过曲线回归对有相关性的因素进行回归研究,并进行F检验和判别R2以绘制拟合曲线并列出最优回归方程。结果就诊人次和气温随时间呈周期性变化;年均就诊人次随时间呈递增关系;患者出现呼吸急促及呼吸困难发生率为86.95%、紧张焦虑为70.37%、心悸或胸闷为61.93%,口周及四肢麻木感为51.55%、肢体颤抖为46.31%、头晕或眩晕为39.25%、手足搐搦为38.40%、心律失常30.80%;各临床症状发生人次与气温相关性分析差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。心律失常发生率、肢体颤抖发生率、口周及四肢麻木发生率及手足搐搦发生率均和气温相关性差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。回归分析后可建立最优回归方程;其他症状发生率与气温相关性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论过度通气综合征的发病人次、临床症状及部分临床症状的发生率和气温存在密切关系。
Objective To study the relationship between the numbers of the visits,occurrences of clinical symptoms,the incidence of clinical symptoms in patients with hyperventilation syndrome and air temperature.Methods A total of 935 patients with hyperventilation syndrome were enrolled in our hospital.The clinical data and air temperature during the visit were recorded.The trend of visits and temperature were analyzed.The number of occurrences of various clinical symptoms and their incidence were analyzed.The correlation between the number of visits,the number of occurrences of related clinical symptoms,the incidence of related symptoms and air temperature was determined by bivariate correlation analysis.A curve regression study was performed on the relevant factors,and to plot the fitted curve and list the optimal regression equation by performing F test and discriminating the value of R2.Results The number of visits and air temperature varied periodically with time.The average number of visits per year increased with time,the incidence of shortness of breath and dyspnea was 86.95%,the anxiety of nervousness was 70.37%,and the palpitations or chest tightness was 61.93%.The numbness of the mouth and limbs was51.55%,the limb tremor was 46.31%,the dizziness was 39.25%,the hand and foot spasm was 38.40%,and the arrhythmia was 30.80%.The correlation between the clinical symptoms and the air temperature was statistically significant(P <0.05).The incidence of arrhythmia,limb tremor,perioral and limb numbness,hand or foot sputum were all statistically significant(P <0.05),and the optimal regression equation could be established after regression analysis.The incidence of other symptoms were no statistically significant correlation with air temperature(P >0.05).Conclusion The number of visits,clinical symptoms and the rate of clinical symptoms in patients with hyperventilation syndrome are closely related to temperature.
