Application of infrared ear thermometer in the nursing of fever patients

摘要 目的探讨红外耳温计在发热患者护理中的应用价值。方法选择急诊科、呼吸内科、普外科患者105例,比较德国产Braun GmbH IRI4020红外线耳温计与水银体温计分别测定耳温和腋温,同时对收集的两组数据进行比较分析。结果收集到105份体温,红外线耳温计与水银温度计测定体温在同一患者的检测上比较[(38.53±0.83)℃比(38.37±0.79)℃,t=-5.68],差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对红外线耳温计与水银温度计测定体温结果进行相关性分析,两种检测结果呈线性相关,相关系数r=0.9402(P <0.05)。红外线耳温计与水银温度计测定体温的平均差值为(0.157±0.2831)℃,4.76%(5/105)位于一致性界限。结论红外线耳温计和玻璃水银柱式体温计的用途一样,具有良好的应用价值。 Objective To investigate the application value of infrared ear thermometer in the nursing of patients with fever.Methods 105 cases of emergency department,respiratory medicine and general surgery were selected.The Braun GmbH IRI 4020 infrared ear thermometer and mercury thermometer were compared to measure the ear temperature and temperature.The collected data were compared and analyzed.Results 105 body temperature samples were collected.The infrared thermometer and mercury thermometer were used to measure the body temperature in the same patient[(38.53±0.83)℃vs(38.37±0.79)℃,t=-5.68].The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Correlation analysis was carried out between the infrared ear thermometer and the mercury thermometer to measure the body temperature.The two results were linearly correlated,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9402(P <0.05).The average difference between body temperature measured by infrared ear thermometer and mercury thermometer was(0.157±0.2831)℃,and 4.76%(5/105)was at the consistency limit.Conclusion Infrared ear thermometers have the same application value as glass mercury column thermometers,and have good application value.
