医学检验人员对检验伤害及检验防护认知现状的调查与思考

The preliminary investigation and analysis of laboratory injury and protection of medical laboratory practitioners

目的调查分析医学检验人员面临的检验伤害以及检验防护现状。方法文献检索;建立问卷调查表,调研数据应用SPSS 19.0软件录入并整理分析。结果检验伤害包括检验感染伤害、检验化学伤害、检验物理伤害等。87.9%的检验人员认为检验感染伤害危害最大,远高于其他检验伤害,主要原因是工作操作失误。81%的医学检验人员了解国家医学检验防护制度;96.5%的人员认可自身工作环境。91.4%的医学检验人员比较清楚检验伤害风险;82.8%的人员具有较强的自我保护意识;几乎所有人员均可做到工作中戴手套、勤洗手、常消毒。58.6%的医学检验人员认同六步法严格洗手的防护作用。结论检验感染伤害是最主要的检验伤害;检验人员多具有较高自我防护意识,并较认可医院的检验防护体系;影响检验伤害的主要因素是防护意识、防护制度、防护措施以及操作失误。

Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of laboratory injury and protection of medical laboratory practitioners.Methods Document Retrieval,and the establishment of questionnaire and statistical analysis.Results Medical laboratory injury includes infectious injury,chemical injury,physical injury and so on.87.9%of the medical laboratory practitioners believed that the infectious injury was the most harmful,far higher than other injury.The main reason was incorrect operation.81%of medical laboratory staff were familiar with the national medical laboratory protection system,96.5%approved their working environment.91.4%of medical laboratory practitioners were clear to the risk of laboratory injury,and 82.8%had a strong self-protection awareness,almost all of them could wear gloves,wash their hands frequently and disinfected the environment frequently.58.6%of them agreed on the protective effects of the six-step-washing-hand method.Conclusion Infectious injury is the most important laboratory injury.Most of medical laboratory practitioners have higher self-protection awareness and approve the hospital’s laboratory protection system.The main factors affecting the laboratory injury are protection awareness,protection system,protection measures and operational errors.
