胸腰椎转移瘤患者护理需求的调查分析

Study on the Investigation of nursing needs of patients with thoracolumbar metastasis

目的了解胸腰椎转移瘤患者的护理需求情况。方法采用描述性研究方法,应用住院患者护理需求调查表对102例胸腰椎转移瘤患者进行调查。结果本研究调查护理需求项目共32项,得分总平均值为(3.41±0.57)分,其中最高为3.88分,最低为2.72分。均值在3分以上的共30项,占总需求项目的93.75%,均值在3分以下的共2项,占总需求项目的6.25%。排在前10项需求中包括"生理需求"维度3个条目,"安全需求"维度3个条目,"爱与归属需求"维度2个条目以及"自尊需求"维度的2个条目。5个维度得分由低到高依次为:生理需求(3.48±0.53)分、安全需求(3.39±0.41)分、爱与归属的需求(3.22±0.67)分、自尊需求(3.15±0.78)分、自我实现需求(3.08±0.95)分。结论胸腰椎转移瘤患者护理需求具有多维性,需求内容广泛,对各单项条目的需求强烈程度不同,护理人员应及时准确地评估患者需求,根据患者需求特点,主动为其提供适合其需求的护理服务。

Objective To understand the nursing needs of patients with thoracolumbar metastases.Methods A descriptive study method was used to investigate 102 patients with thoracolumbar metastases using the inpatient care needs questionnaire.Results A total of 32 nursing needs were investigated in this study.The total score was(3.41±0.57),with a maximum of 3.88 and a minimum of 2.72.There are 30 items with an average value of 3 points or above,accounting for 93.75%of the total demand items,and 2 items with an average value below 3 points,accounting for 6.25%of the total demand items.Among the top 10 requirements are 3 entries for the'physiological needs'dimension,3 entries for the'safety requirements'dimension,2 entries for the'love and attribution requirements'dimension,and 2 entries for the'self-esteem needs'dimension.The scores of the five dimensions from low to high were:physiological demand(3.48±0.53),safety demand(3.39±0.41),love and attribution(3.22±0.67),self-esteem(3.15±0.78),Self-realization demand(3.08±0.95)points.Conclusion The nursing needs of patients with thoracolumbar metastases are multi-dimensional,the demand is wide,and the demand for each individual item is different.The nursing staff should timely and accurately evaluate the patient’s needs and actively provide them with the care according to their needs.service.
