慢性丙型肝炎患者外周血丙型肝炎病毒载量及丙型肝炎病毒抗体水平变化的相关性研究

Study by peripheral blood of patients with chronic hepatitis c of HCV viral load and the change of HCV antibody level correlation

目的探讨慢性丙型病毒性肝炎(丙型肝炎)患者的外周血丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)载量及HCV抗体水平变化相关性的临床研究。方法回顾性选取2017年1月至2018年1月在本院诊治的慢性丙型肝炎患者68例为研究对象,采用荧光定量PCR法对患者HCV病毒载量进行测定,同时采用ELISA法检测HCV抗体水平,分析其相关性。结果研究中的慢性丙型肝炎患者,其中HCV-RNA阳性37例,阳性率54.41%;患者HCV-RNA的阳性率S/CO值1~5时,阳性率为11.76%(2/17);S/CO值5~10时,阳性率为45.45%(10/22);S/CO值>10时,阳性率为86.21%(25/29),随着S/CO的值增大而增高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论慢性丙型肝炎患者的HCVRNA阳性检出率与其HVC抗体水呈正相关,随着患者的HCV抗体S/CO值的升高患者的HCV-RNA阳性率升高。

Objective To explore the clinical study on the correlation between HCV viral load and HCV antibody levels in peripheral blood of patients with chronic hepatitis c.Methods A retrospective selection in January 2017-January 2018 in the hospital make a diagnosis and give treatment of 68 patients with chronic hepatitis c as the research object,using fluorescent quantitative PCR method to determine the HCV-RNA viral load in patients with HCVS antibody level by ELISA method at the same time,the analysis of the relationship.Results In the study of patients with chronic hepatitis c,there were 37 cases of HCV-RNA positive,with a positive rate of 54.41%.The positive detection rate of the quantitative HCV-RNA increased along with the rising value of S/CO.When the value of S/CO was between 1-5,5-10,and>10,the positive detection rate of the quantitative HCV-RNA turned out to be11.76%,45.45%and 86.21%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion HCV-RNA positive detection rate of patients with chronic hepatitis c has a direct relationship with the level of HCV antibody.With the increase of HCV antibody S/CO value in patients,HCV-RNA positive rate is higher.
