口腔美学设计用于前牙美学修复中的临床价值

Clinical value of oral aesthetic design in anterior aesthetic restoration

目的评价口腔美学设计在前牙美学修复中应用价值。方法将黑龙江省佳木斯大学附属第二医院收治的接受前牙修复的80例患者作为研究对象,对照组40例:常规前牙美学修复,观察组40例:在常规修复基础上结合美学设计修复。比较评价不同修复方法应用价值。结果观察组的牙齿功能性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[(80.20±3.54)分比(92.35±5.50)分,t=11.748,P <0.05]。观察组的修复体形态[(4.75±0.27)分比(4.10±0.28)分,P <0.001]、修复体颜色[(4.73±0.33)分比(4.20±0.25)分,P <0.001]、边缘密合度[(4.85±0.20)分比(4.17±0.23)分,P <0.001]评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。观察组的舒适性[(4.78±0.32)分比(4.10±0.12)分,P <0.001]、美观性[(4.85±0.15)分比(4.20±0.20)分,P <0.001]、牙龈边缘[(4.50±0.35)分比(4.18±0.10)分,P <0.001]、色泽[(4.78±0.35)分比(4.00±0.11)分,P <0.001]、形态[(4.85±0.25)分比(4.35±0.24)分,P <0.001]以及个性化[(4.91±0.20)分比(4.31±0.12)分,P <0.001]的美观满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论前牙修复中应用口腔美学设计,可提高修复效果,提高美观度,应用价值显著。

Objective To evaluate the application value of oral aesthetic design in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth.Methods Eighty patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University in Heilongjiang Province were enrolled in the study.Forty patients in the control group:conventional anterior aesthetic restoration,40 observation group:combined with aesthetic design and restoration.Compare and evaluate the application value of different repair methods.Results The dental functional scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant[(80.20±3.54)points(92.35±5.50)points,t=11.748,P<0.05].The morphology of the prosthesis of the observation group[(4.75±0.27)points(4.10±0.28)points,P<0.001],the color of the restoration[(4.73±0.33)points(4.20±0.25)points,P<0.001],edge The degree of closeness[(4.85±0.20),(4.17±0.23),P<0.001]was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The comfort of the observation group[(4.78±0.32)points(4.10±0.12)points,P<0.001],aesthetics[(4.85±0.15)points ratio(4.20±0.20)points,P<0.001],gingival margins[(4.50±0.35)sub-ratio(4.18±0.10),P<0.001],color[(4.78±0.35),(4.00±0.11),P<0.001],morphology[(4.85±0.25)The aesthetic satisfaction scores of(4.35±0.24),P<0.001]and individualized[(4.91±0.20)points(4.31±0.12)points,P<0.001]were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The application of oral aesthetic design in anterior restoration can improve the repair effect,improve the aesthetics and the application value is remarkable.
