舒适护理在股骨颈骨折护理中的临床价值

Clinical value analysis of comfort nursing in femoral neck fracture nursing

目的评价股骨颈骨折患者参与舒适护理后的临床效果。方法 2017年2月-2018年2月来我院就诊股骨颈骨折患者134例,实施常规护理的67例(对照组),采取舒适护理的67例(试验组),对比两组被护理后的生活质量(WHOQOL)评分,同时统计护理满意度。结果随访12周后,试验组WHOQOL评分优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(95.8%vs 74.6%,P <0.05)。结论股骨颈骨折患者参与舒适护理后生活质量在一定程度上得到了改善,相比于常规的护理方法能够提高护理满意度。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of patients with femoral neck fracture after participation in comfort nursing.Methods From February 2017 to February 2018,67 patients with femoral neck fracture who came to our hospital for consultation and routine nursing were selected,and were determined as(control group).In the same period,67 patients with femoral neck fracture receiving comfort care were selected as(experimental group)to study the quality of life(WHOQOL)evaluation of the two groups of patients after nursing,and meanwhile,nursing satisfaction was calculated.Results After 12 weeks of follow-up,the patients in the experimental group(WHOQOL)score was better than those in the control group.Nursing satisfaction was 95.8%,higher than 74.6%,P<0.05.Conclusion The quality of life of patients with femoral neck fracture after taking part in comfortable nursing has been improved to some extent.
