内窥镜手术治疗肘管综合征的治疗体会

Reflection on the treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome by endoscopic surgery

目的总结内窥镜手术治疗肘管综合征的经验和体会。方法 2014年6月至2018年6月来本院就诊的肘管综合征手术患者60例,采用双盲法分为观察组和对照组,观察组使用内窥镜手术治疗,对照组使用传统术式治疗,对两组的疗效进行记录和对比。结果观察组在疼痛症状、检查感觉等术后功能评分指标上优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组术后功能康复情况优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论相比于传统术式,内窥镜手术治疗肘管综合征疗效可靠,术后患者康复情况良好,其微创性更符合临床治疗的人性化需求,具备临床推广价值。

Objective To summarize the experience of endoscopic surgery for cubital tunnel syndrome.Methods A total of 60 patients with cubital tunnel syndrome who were admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2018 were analyzed.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by double-blind method,with the observation group receiving endoscopic surgery and the control group receiving traditional surgical treatment.The curative effect of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results The observation group was better than the control group in terms of pain symptoms,sense of examination and other postoperative functional scores(P<0.05).The functional recovery of the observation group was also better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional surgical treatment,endoscopic surgery has a reliable effect in the treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome with a satisfactory postoperative rehabilitation.Its minimally invasive operationcan better meet humanistic needs of clinical treatment,thus boasting clinical promotion value.
