运动疗法对老年2型糖尿病脑梗死失能患者的临床疗效观察

The clinical efficiency observation on the exercise therapy for the treatment of geriatric 2 type diabetes disablity caused by cerebral infarction

目的观察运动疗法治疗老年2型糖尿病脑梗死失能患者的临床疗效。方法连续入选2017年7月-2018年1月我院神经内科及老年科收治的老年2型糖尿病脑梗死恢复期患者60例,其中男性31例,女性29例,平均年龄(70.78±4.53)岁。随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组常规使用阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,保持原有控制血糖方案不变。治疗组在对照组基础上配合运动疗法治疗,治疗时间4周。治疗4周后对患者健侧手握力、6m步行速度、5次起坐时间、3m起坐行走时间、空腹血糖、神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分指数和日常生活能力评定量表指数(Barthel Index,BI)评分进行比较。结果 4周后治疗组优势手握力、6m步行步速、5次起坐时间、3m起坐行走时间、空腹血糖水平、NIHSS评分和BI指数评分明显优于对照组(P <0.05),治疗期间未见明显不良反应。结论运动疗法通过改善老年2型糖尿病脑梗死失能患者肌肉力量及平衡功能,降低空腹血糖水平,从而对患者的NHISS评分及日常生活能力起到积极改善作用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of theexercisetherapy for the treatment of geriatric T2DM disablity caused by cerebral infarction.Methods Totally 60 cases of geriatric T2DM disables in stroke recovery stage were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by Aspirin,Atorvastatin and the original control blood sugar solution.The observation group was combined with the exercise therapy on the base of control group.Both group were treated for 4 weeks,compared withthe grasp strength,6 meters walking test speed,5-chair rising time,3 metres get-up and go test time,fasting blood glucose levels,the NHISS scoreand BIscore.Results In the observation group,the improvement of the grasp strength,6 meters walking test speed,five-chair rising time,3 meters get-up and go test time,fasting blood glucose,NHISS score,BI score,compared with the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious side effectwas happened intreatment time.Conclusion The exercise therapy can improve the elderly patientswith type 2 diabetic cerebral infarction disability motion,it can improve patient’s muscle strength and balance function,reduce fasting blood glucose levels,thus to improve the disability in patients with the improvement of ability of daily life and play a positive role.
