关于高校干部选任中群众监督问题的思考

摘要 干部选拔任用过程中的群众监督具有十分重要的意义。当前高校干部选拔任用中的群众监督是个比较薄弱的环节。与高校应有的民主开放氛围格格不入,与从源头上有效遏止高校有所上升的腐败势头的任务不相适应。因此,应采取以下措施解决:一是高校领导班子要增强接受监督的字律意识和责任意识;二是落实有利于群众开展监督的知情、参与和选择权;三是积极探索、创新有利于群众监督的工作机制。 Public supervision is of vital significance in the promotion and appointment of cadres, but it is still a weak link at present in colleges and universities and fails to conform to what school democracy and openness demand and to agree with the task of effectively curbing the rising corruption trend in schools. Therefore, enough attention should be paid and pertinent measures should be taken. This paper reflects on the following measures. First, school leaders' awareness of self-discipline and responsibility should be strengthened to accept public supervision; second, the rights of knowledge, participation and choice, which are helpful to public supervision, should be put into effect; lastly, active efforts should be made to explore and create work systems helpful to public supervision.
