摘要 21世纪的农业是绿色农业,而绿色农业中的绿色食品代表着人类食品消费的发展方向。"淮米"通过农业结构调整,生产过程标准化、规模化,实施品牌战略,拓展市场,构筑生态经营战略,逐步朝着现代农业市场化与规模化的方向发展。 Agriculture of 21st century is a green agriculture in which green food representing development orientation of human food. This paper analyzes in the five aspects, the production of green food in Huaian city, Jiangsu Province and series of bands of Huaian Rice, which has been nationally authenticated as green food. 'Huaian Rice' is developing in the orientation of modern market and scale of agriculture by way of having its marketing strategy developed and adjusted in recent years.
