摘要
"两课"教学如何取得实效,是当前"两课"教育教学改革围绕的一个中心,而保持"两课"教师队伍的稳定,"两课"教学的实效性问题才能获得前提性条件。"两课"教师队伍的稳定来自于完善的办学体制、合理的政策、适宜的环境,来自于科学的管理与广大"两课"教师的敬业奉献精神。
How to get the actual effect is the central issue, which is now being carried on the education reform in the 'Two Courses' teaching. A stable teachers' contingent should be the essential prerequisite to resolve this problem. It depends on the perfect system, equitable policy and suitable circumstances. It also comes from scientific management and the teachers' devotion.
