摘要
公路工程的投资控制分为四个阶段,即决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工监理阶段。结合工程实例论述了在施工监理阶段,如何完善费用审核的相关机制,并降低因业主和监理工作疏忽造成的费用增加,同时,费用审核人员要熟练掌握费用计算规则,准确核定工程量。
The investment control for highway engineering falls into four phrases, design-making, designing, bidding and supervising. Combined with the practice discussion is made on how to improve the auditing system, reduce the expenses and promote the auditors to deeply grasp the skills.
