摘要
本文介绍了我所研制生产的超声诊断仪器质量保证用标准仿组织超声体模。体模采用我们研制的超声仿人体组织材料(TM材料)、其声速为1540±10m/s,声衰减斜率分别为0.5±0.05dB/cm/MHz和0.65±0.05dB/cm/MHz,背向散射与正常肝的相当。体模中设置有多种尼龙线靶和肿瘤、囊肿、结石三种模拟病灶,可在相当于监床实用的条件下捡测B超等设备的盲区、探查深度、纵向和模向分辨力、纵向和横向几何精度等性能参数。
This paper describes KS's standard tissue mimicking ultrasound phantoms developed and manufactured by the Institute of Acoustics, Academia Sinica, They are crucial for quality assurance of A, B and M mode ultrasonic scanners, These phantoms are filled with ultrasonically tissue—mimicking materials (TM materials). In TM materials, speed of sound is 1540±10m/s, and acoustic attenuations are 0.5±0.05dB/cm/MHz and 0.65±0.05dB/cm/MHz, respectively. They have backscattering similar to that in liver parenchymia. Phantoms contain monofilament nylon targets and simulated tumor, cyst and stone. Thus, they can accurately evaluate ultrasound equipments for ring—down. penetrating depth, axial and lateral resolution, and vertical and horizontal distance calibration under conditions which closely match those encountered in clinical scans.
