摘要
传统的就业制度是一种新古典模式,其劳动力流动性大,雇佣双方的交易成本过高。而内部劳动力市场是一种新的就业制度安排,具有很高的效率,我国实行内部劳动力市场的就业制度是非常必要的。
The traditional employment system is a classical model with a large liquidity and high transaction cost.While the institutional arrangement of internal labour market employment system has high efficiency.Therefore,the orientation of our country's reform of employment system is to implement internal labour market employment system.
