护理干预对降低起搏器植入患者术前焦虑的对照研究

Influence of Psychological Intervention on Preoperative Anxiety in Patients Receiving Pacemaker Implantation

目的 了解起搏器植入患者的术前心理状况 ,探讨心理干预对起搏器植入患者术前焦虑的影响。方法 将5 0例起搏器植入术患者随机分为对照组和护理干预组 ,采用焦虑自评量表 (SAS)分别于通知手术日、手术当日早晨进行问卷调查。结果 植入起搏器患者术前SAS分值明显高于正常人 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;通知手术日干预组与对照组焦虑程度无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;手术日晨干预组焦虑低于对照组 ,且差异显著 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 起搏器植入患者术前存在明显焦虑 ,心理干预可有效地降低起搏器植入患者的焦虑情绪。

Objective To investigate the influence of psychological intervention on preoperative anxiety in patients receiving pacemaker implantation.Methods 50 patients who were scheduled to receive pacemaker implantation surgery were randomly divided into nursing intervention group and control group. Both groups were evaluated by questionnaire with Self-rating Anxiety Scale to determine the anxiety levels on the day when the patients were informed of operation and on the morning of operation.Results The anxious level of all patients was significantly higher than that of the normal subjects before operation (P<0 01); The anxious levels were not significantly different on the informed day between the two groups (P>0 05),and significantly different on the operation morning (P<0.01). Conclusion Patients who were scheduled to receive pacemaker-implantation surgery had severe anxiety before operation,which was able to be reduced efficiently by means of psychological intervention.
