Globalism has a profound and last and broad effect and it is not reverse course,It gives different challenge to woman and man because the different character of sex.So we should analyse the globalism challenge according to sex.Especially we should pay attention to the influence on work and life of man and woman in produce,investment,serve and public section during the course of globalism,marketability and non-socialization.
