摘要
以丙二腈为原料 ,经过亲核取代、水解环合、羰基还原系列反应 ,合成了 2 ,7 二氮螺 [4 .4 ]壬烷。中间体及产物用质谱和核磁氢谱进行了结构表征。该方法改良了反应条件 ,简化了反应步骤 。
Diazaspiro[4.4] nonane was synthesized from malononitrile as the starting material by a series of nucleleophilic displacement, hydrolytic cyclization and carbonyl reduction. The structures of the intermediates and product were characterized with 1H NMR and Mass spectra. This modified method has advantages of higher efficiency and better yield.
