浅谈配网自动化的规划及建设实施

配电网自动化是集通信、电子、自动控制、计算机及配电设备等技术,离线或在线智能化的监控与管理配电网,使配电网能够高效、经济、优质、可靠、安全运行,以提供高质量、高可靠性的电能,促进智能电网的发展。该文首先分析了配网自动化的发展历程,后介绍了总体规划与建设原则,并分析了目前配电网自动化中存在的同题给出了相应的对策,并给出了配网自动化和配网改造时所需注意的注意事项。
