摘要
该文从职业的社会性和规范性特征出发,简析了职业素养的基本内涵。实训教学在教学情境的创设、实训项目的规划、教学时间的安排等方面都极具特点,可以较好地实现素质教育和技能教育的并重和融合。
This article from the professional social and normative characteristics,discusses the basic connotation of professional quality.Practice teaching in the creation of teaching situation,training project plan,the arrangement of teaching time characteristic,can well realize quality education and skills education and pay equal attention to merge.
