楼宇智能化项目的费用风险评价

Cost Risk Evaluation of Intellectual System Project

随着经济的飞速发展,全国范围内各种工程项目不断实施建设。在当今工程技术快速发展和项目规模不断扩大的情况下,如何预防和规避项目中的各种风险,尤其是对费用风险的管理,逐渐成为了工程项目管理中的重要问题。风险管理包括风险的识别、评价和应对等过程。风险评价是风险管理中的重要一环,也是风险应对的前提。本文主要研究楼宇智能化项目的费用风险评价。首先对模糊层次分析法进行了介绍,其次对楼宇智能化项目的特点进行了分析,最后运用模糊层次分析法对实际案例进行了费用风险评价。

With rapid economic development,lots of construction projects are launchedsteadily in China.In nowadays,with the the development of the technologies and the enlargement of the construction scale.how to prevent and evade the risks,especially the cost risks.has been a great important part in construction project management.The risk management includes identification,evaluationand control.The risk evaluation is the key process in the risk management,also the basement of the risk control.This paper mainly researches on the cost risk evaluation of intellectual system.Firstly.this paper introduces the fuzzy leveler analysis.Secondly.this paper analyzes the features of the intellectual system project.Finally this paper uses fuzzy lever analysis analyzing the cost risk evaluation of an actual case.
