我国医养结合研究现状的文献计量分析

A bibliometric analysis of studies on medical-nursing integrated care in China

目的探讨近5年来国内医养结合领域的研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势,为进一步深入医养结合相关研究提供参考依据。方法以中国知网(CNKI)和万方数据库(WANFANG DATA)为数据来源,检索2013年1月—2018年6月公开发表的有关医养结合研究的文献,对文献计量学指标进行统计分析。结果共纳入文献851篇,总体呈逐年快速增长趋势;共发表在213种期刊上,共计1 536名作者,文献合作度1.8;大学院校、医院、职业学院是医养结合研究的主要力量,发文地区和机构且主要分布在东部沿海地区;共获得587项基金资助,且主要为省(部)级以上的基金支持;研究内容以人口老龄化背景下医养结合的养老模式、长期照护、相关政策等为主。结论近年来医养结合问题逐渐得到国家和社会的高度关注,相关研究文献增长明显,但研究类型、地区分布不均,优秀的研究力量尚未形成,实证研究较少,文献质量还需进一步提高。

Objective To explore the current situation, research hotspots and development trends in the field of medical-nursing integrated care in China in the past five years, so as to provide reference for further studies. Methods The literature related to medical-nursing integrated care was retrieved in the CNKI and Wanfang Database from January 2013 to June 2018. The bibliometrics method was used to analyze the publication years, authors, institution and region distribution, journals, funds, research themes and highly cited papers. Results Totally 851 articles met the inclusion criteria were included, showing a rapid growth year by year. Papers were published in 213 journals, involving 1536 authors with a literature collaboration of 1.8. The research institutions were chiefly concentrated in colleges, universities and hospitals which were distributed in coastal areas of eastern China. A total of 587 fund grants were included in the literature, and mainly funded at the provincial(ministerial) level or above. The pension model, long-term care and related policies were mainly focused under the background of population aging. Conclusion In recent years, there has been an increasing attention on medical-nursing integrated care at the national level. With an increased number of relevant researched published, the types and regional distribution of papers are not uneven. The quality of literature needs to be further improved by establishment of excellent research efforts and expansion of empirical researches.
