艾滋病患者疾病不确定感与自我感受负担的相关性研究

Correlation between uncertainty in illness and self-perceived burden in patients with the acquired immune deficiency syndrome

目的探讨艾滋病患者疾病不确定感与自我感受负担的相关性,为制定心理护理干预措施提供参考。方法采用一般资料表、疾病不确定感量表、自我感受负担量表,对符合纳入标准的132例艾滋病住院患者进行问卷调查。结果艾滋病患者疾病不确定感总分为(103.67±10.22)分,处于中高等水平;自我感受负担总分为(34.22±6.16)分,处于中高等水平。疾病不确定感总分与自我感受负担总分呈正相关(r=0.660,P<0.01)。结论艾滋病患者疾病不确定感与自我感受负担相关。临床护理工作中应给予针对性心理护理,减少艾滋病患者自我感受负担,从而降低患者疾病不确定感,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the correlation between uncertainty in illness and self-perceived burden in patients with the acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS), and to provide evidence for the development of psychological interventions. Methods A total of 132 AIDS hospitalized patients who met the inclusion criteria were surveyed using a self-made general data sheet, Mishel’s Uncertainty in Illness Scale(MUIS)and Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS). Results The total score of MUIS in AIDS patients was(103.67±10.22), which was at a medium level. The total score of SPBS was(34.22±6.16), which was at a medium level. There was a positive correlation between total score of MUIS and SPBS(r=0.660, P<0.01). Conclusion The uncertainty in illness was positively correlated with the self-perceived burden in AIDS patients. Appropriate psychological interventions should be carry out to reduce the self-perceived burden of patients, thereby reducing the uncertainty in illness and improving the quality of life of AIDS patients.
