洛阳市养老机构老年人心理健康状况现状及影响因素研究

The mental health status of elderly people who live in old-age care institutions in Luoyang and related influential factors

目的调查洛阳市长期居住于养老机构的老年人的心理健康状况,分析影响老年人心理健康状况的相关因素,为养老机构养老服务提供意见。方法 2018年7月采用随机抽样的方法对洛阳市6个区13所养老机构的314名老年人进行问卷调查,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估老年人群心理健康状况。结果最终共有286份为有效问卷,有效率为91.08%。养老机构老年人SAS量表总得分为(45.28±9.06)分,SDS量表总得分为(54.21±10.04)分,均低于分界值。年龄、月实际收入、患慢性病情况、自理能力是影响养老机构老年人SAS量表评分的因素。年龄、患慢性病情况、自理能力是影响养老机构老年人SDS量表评分的因素。结论年龄、患慢性疾病数量、自理能力是养老机构老年人心理健康状况的影响因素。

Objective To investigate the mental health status of elderly people who live in old-age care institutions in Luoyang and analyze related factors influencing the mental health of those elderly people. Methods Totally 314 elderly people from 13 old-age care institutions in Luoyang were investigated by random sampling method. A questionnaire-based survey with Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) was conducted to elderly participants. Results There were 286(91.08%) valid questionnaires for further analysis. The scores of SAS and SDS were(45.28±9.06)and(54.21±10.04)respectively. The age, monthly income, number of chronic disease they suffered from and self-care ability were influential factors of SAS score in elderly participants. Conclusion The mental health status of elderly people is associate with their age, number of chronic disease they suffered from and self-care ability.
