乳腺癌患者对灵性照护需求现状及影响因素分析

The status quo and influencing factors of spiritual care needs of breast cancer patients

目的调查乳腺癌患者对灵性照护的需求水平及其影响因素。方法采用自行编制的一般资料问卷和中文版灵性护理需求量表对151名乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查。结果乳腺癌患者对灵性照护需求得分平均为(34.23±9.15)分,需求程度处于中度水平。年龄、宗教信仰、居住地是乳腺癌患者灵性照护需求的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者对灵性照护的需求处于中等水平,掌握灵性照护需求的影响因素有助于提高医护人员对灵性护理的认识,针对影响因素采取合适的干预措施。

Objective To explore the spiritual care needs of breast cancer patients and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 151 breast cancer patients were investigated by self-developed general information questionnaire and Chinese version of Patient Spiritual Needs Assessment(SNAP-CV). Results The average score of SNAP-CV of breast cancer patients was(34.23 ± 9.15), indicating a medium level of spiritual needs among patients. Multivariate regression analysis showed that age, religious belief and place of residence were the influencing factors of breast cancer patients’ spiritual needs(P<0.05). Conclusion Findings showed a middle level of spiritual care needs among breast cancer patients. The appropriate interventions should be carried out according to the influencing factors of spiritual needs among patients.
