摘要
目的分析健康教育路径表在中医科患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年10月—11月、11月—12月中医科住院患者各50例,分别设为对照组和观察组。对照组按照中医科常规护理进行健康教育,观察组采用本院自行设计的中医科健康教育路径表进行健康教育。评价2组疾病相关知识掌握情况及满意度。结果观察组疾病相关知识掌握情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组满意度为82.00%(41/50),观察组为96.00%(48/50),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径表可改善中医科患者对疾病相关知识的掌握情况,提升患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of health education path table in the patients from department of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Methods The patients in TCM Department were selected respectively from October to November as control group(n=50) and from November to December as observation group(n=50) in 2015. The control group was given health education based on the routine nursing in TCM Department, while the observation group received health education based on health education path table in TCM Department. The condition of grasping disease-related knowlegdge and satisfacotry degree were evaluated between two groups. Results The condition of grasping disease-related knowlegdge in observation group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05). The satisfacotry degree of control group was 82.00%(41/50), obviously lower than 96.00%(48/50) of observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion Health education path table is conductive to improving the condition of grasping disease-related knowlegdge and satisfacotry degree in patients from TCM Department.
