中药穴位贴敷提高结肠镜检查肠道准备合格率的效果观察

Effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine to improve the quality of bowel preparation before colonoscopy

目的探讨应用中药穴位贴敷提高结肠镜肠检查肠道准备合格率的效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年4月脾胃科收治的需要行结肠镜检查、治疗的患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理干预,包括心理护理、饮食指导、指导患者口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散等。观察组在对照组的基础上增加中药穴位贴敷。观察2组患者肠道准备情况及不良反应。结果观察组Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级肠道清洁度分别15例和26例,合格率为91.11%;对照组仅为8例和20例,合格率为62.22%;观察组肠道清洁效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.02,P<0.05)。观察组腹胀发生率为15.56%(7/45),低于对照组的42.22%(19/45),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.789,P<0.01)。结论护理干预联合中药穴位贴敷可有效提高结肠镜检查、治疗的患者的肠道准备合格率。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine to improve the quality of bowel preparation before colonoscopy. Methods Totally 90 patients undergoing colonoscopy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in both two groups were given nursing interventions including psychological nursing, dietary guidance, oral administration of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder, and those in the observation group were given TCM acupoint application. The bowel preparation and adverse reactions such as vomiting, abdominal distention and hunger were observed. Results There were 15 and 26 patients with intestinal cleanliness of grade I and II in the observation group respectively, and those of the control group was 8 cases and 20 cases respectively. The qualified rate of intestinal cleanliness was 91.11%(41/45) in the treatment group and 62.22%(28/45) in the control group, with a significant difference(χ~2 =11.02,P<0.05). The incidence of abdominal distension was 15.56%(7/45) in the treatment group and 42.22%(19/45) in the control group, with a significant difference(χ~2 =7.789,P<0.01). Conclusion Nursing interventions combined with TCM acupoint application can significantly improve the quality of bowel preparation before colonoscopy.
