面瘫病中医护理方案临床应用

Clinical application of the traditional Chinese medicine nursing protocol for facial neuritis

目的探讨中医护理方案在面瘫病患者中的应用效果。方法按照中医护理方案要求对40例面瘫病患者进行护理,包括辨证施护、生活起居护理、饮食指导和情志调理。观察患者面瘫病临床症状改善效果,评价患者对中医护理技术的依从性和满意度。结果实施中医护理方案后,40例患者面瘫病症状得到明显改善,患者对中医特色技术有较高的依从性及满意度。结论中医护理方案的应用有助于改善面瘫病患者症状,且患者依从性及满意度均较高。

Objective To investigate the application efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing protocol for facial neuritis. Methods Totally 40 patients with facial neuritis were given nursing interventions based on the TCM nursing protocol for facial neuritis, including nursing by syndrome differentiation, care of living habits, dietary guide and psychological care. The intervention effect on clinical symptom, treatment compliance and satisfactory degree of patients were evaluated. Results The symptoms of facial neuritis was improved significantly after implementation of TCM nursing protocol. Patients had a high level of satisfaction compliance to TCM nursing interventions. Conclusion The TCM nursing protocol provides excellent relief for facial neuritis and high patient compliance and satisfaction.
